Why Your Credit Matters
Landlords—including us at One Source Atlanta—review credit history as part of the rental application process. Knowing your credit score ahead of time puts you in the driver’s seat. It can help you fix errors, prepare documentation, and apply with confidence.
Get Your Free Credit Report
Once a year, you can request your official credit report—absolutely free—through AnnualCreditReport.com. It’s secure, government-authorized, and won’t affect your score.
What You’ll Need to Apply for a Rental
- Government-issued ID
- Two most recent pay stubs (or 2 years tax returns if self-employed)
- Landlord contact info for the last 2 years (or at least 2 landlords)
- $75* non-refundable application fee per adult
- All adults aged 18+ must apply
Renters Insurance Required
All tenants are required to maintain renters insurance. We proudly offer coverage through the Second Nature Benefit Package to make this easy and affordable.
